In case you were wondering about some of the categories you see here...

The keeper is a gallery moderator. Here you will be able to submit up to 3 pictures a day, automatically approved. This also means that you are more responsible about what you submit. You may vote on pictures and make sure they are submitted to the right folder. It is also your task here to look through the groups folders and make sure that pictures that have already been approved are surely in the right category. They can do almost anything; keep an eye on the activity of the loyal to make sure they do the job right, and in case something wasn't properly passed they can fix that. They also do most of the work helping out the founder with contest and major group decisions and what not.

The Loyal are activity moderators. They help vote on group decisions overall (not just member submissions, but affiliation request, blog entries, etc), and can submit 2 pictures a day with a vote required. You have a wide variety of responsibilities here, but you do not have permission to manage the gallery as the Keepers do.

The founder The founder is the root of the entire group. They can manage the settings for the group, manage members, contributors, co-founders, etc. Basically if there is an issue and it is out of the power of the moderators, the task is up to the founder to fix the issue as such. They also help collaborate group projects with the rest of the moderators in the group.
